Vittorio Zattra

Of counsel / Milano / Law

Vittorio is a corporate lawyer of the Verona Bar with more than 10 years of experience as legal advisor to companies, corporate groups both domestic and foreign, and public, participated or intergovernmental entities.

He specializes in commercial law, with particular focus on internationalization projects in which he handles the corporate, contractual, and coordination of foreign correspondents, and privacy matters.

Vittorio also supports clients in developing an integrated approach to compliance even in areas other than privacy, with the aim of building a unified management system capable of efficiently responding to the new complexity imposed by increasingly demanding regulatory obligations and industry practices.

Vittorio's long experience in particular with a major global consulting firm has enabled him to work alongside companies and entities of all sizes, sectors, and nationalities, managing projects also in English, French, and Spanish, which he has deepened during prolonged study and work experiences abroad.

Having assisted clients in Europe, Asia, North Africa, the Middle East, the Middle East, North America, and Latin America, Vittorio has also been able to collaborate in the drafting of several "Country-Dossiers" commissioned by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development as an aid to delegations of Italian businesspeople on missions.
